Challenges & Solutions

  • The biggest challenge of this project was to gain the confidence of executive-level stakeholders from different offices with varying needs in a short time. I succeeded in doing so by holding separate user research with key stakeholders from each location. Using a combination of 1:1 interviews, co-design workshops and design thinking methodologies, key stakeholders felt that their voices were heard and their concerns were addressed in the subsequent designs.
