• Put together a team to design and develop front-end modules for OCBC Wing Hang’s mobile onboarding flow with ID scanning and verification.

Challenges & Solutions

• The biggest challenge of this project was to deliver the designs and front-end modules within an aggressive schedule. Our team handled it by working daily with the OCBC back-end team closely in a war room and practicing rigorous agile methodology to ensure close communications and resolve blockers right away.
