  • Developed multi-channel digital strategy for Manulife and visualized end-state solutions spanning across web, tablet and mobile to increase user stickiness
  • Created modular, reusable templates in support of rapid development and platform migration, reducing development time and costs
  • Fostered junior UXers’ skills on project management, usability methods and user research.

Challenges & Solutions

  • In this role, I had the opportunity to do in-depth research with insurance agents and their clients and create a detailed end-to-end, cross-platform service design experience for Manulife’s Point of Sales System. Due to the ample user research and analysis, I was able to design a complete, well-tested and user-centered solution.
